LEADERSHIP
Mr. Martin brings over 30 years of experience delivering cyber security and secure information technology within the United States Department of Defense and Intelligence Community to Tau Six. Prior to founding Tau Six, Mr. Martin served as the Vice President of Cyber Security & Privacy for SRA International, a large systems integrator serving federal defense, intelligence, health, and civil markets. In this position he set the strategic vision, defined offerings, and grew SRA’s cyber security and privacy practice. He led an internal community of cybersecurity practitioners, delivering security operations, policy, and architecture guidance for government clients.

Before joining SRA, Mr. Martin was the Chief Technology Officer for ManTech Mission, Cyber and Intelligence Solutions group where he provided technical leadership to software developers, enterprise architects, systems and network engineers, and cyber-security professionals within the U.S. national security community. He provided expertise in technical strategy development, business development, mergers and acquisitions, vendor and partner relationship management, and technical staff development.

Mr. Martin also led ManTech’s Defense Secure Solutions Division, a group of highly cleared and talented technology professionals, to deliver secure and accredited networks and global collaborative solutions to the U.S. national security community.

Mr. Martin understands federal agency missions and the inherent cyber security risks within the federal government. He blends his strong technical acumen with business experience to deliver tailored security and technology solutions, enabling mission assurance and enhancing business operations.
Bryan Martin

Mr. Guiney is a recognized leader in the development and delivery of secure enterprise information technology and cybersecurity solutions for Department of Defense customers, with more than two decades of experience in portfolio and program management; secure systems development, integration, and operations; cybersecurity management; and software engineering. Mr. Guiney is an expert in Department of Defense classification labeling and attribute-based access control.
Prior to joining Tau Six, Mr. Guiney held positions of increasing responsibility with ManTech International for 21 years, culminating in managing a diverse contract portfolio of over $70 million in annual revenues and leading technology strategy and integration for a company division with over 1,200 employees.
Mr. Guiney holds a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University Global, and earned his bachelors’ degree from Penn State University.
Kevin Guiney

Mr. Passman is a Technical Director and the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Tau Six. Mr. Passman supports company growth, business operations, and helps customers solve cybersecurity and technology challenges. Mr. Passman provides C-Suite vision, guidance and program leadership as a Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) consultant to some of our Nation’s most important national security programs in the DoD, Federal and Intelligence Community (IC).

Prior to joining Tau Six, Mr. Passman was the acting Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Director of IT and Facilities Director at Novetta. He led the company’s IT/Cybersecurity and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) programs that ensured the delivery of secure business-aligned services. Mr. Passman represented Novetta in the Defense Industrial Base Cybersecurity Program (DIB-CS) and participated in subgroups for NIST 800-171.

Mr. Passman was the Executive Director of Information Technology for ManTech’s MCTS Business Group, where he was responsible for the delivery of IT services supporting over 200 programs and 3000 employees. He has also served as a Program Director, Systems Architect and Solutions Engineer responsible for the design, delivery, and accreditations of DoD, Federal and National classified systems.

Mr. Passman spent 10 years in the U.S. Navy. First as an Electronics Technician (ET) operating and repairing radar and telecommunications equipment. Then as an Intelligence Specialist (IS) conducting All-Source analysis and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) mission planning and imagery interpretation. Mr. Passman holds a B.S. in Information Technology Management from American Military.
